RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Food & Beverage Service Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and workflow.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency according to company standards.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage restaurant staff performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to prevent shortages or waste.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor financial performance, and assist in budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for operational needs.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Maintain a positive work environment and lead by example.
