The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or customer service industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Well-groomed appearance and ability to maintain a professional image.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Manage guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and reservations efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about menus, restaurant services, and dining options.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with waitstaff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Monitor guest flow and assist in managing waiting times during busy periods.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain an updated understanding of restaurant promotions, events, and special offerings.
- Ensure the reception and dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Follow company service standards, health and safety procedures, and hospitality guidelines.
