Americare LLC is seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses for a home-care work opportunity in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in a home-care setting and support patients with their daily healthcare needs.
REGISTERED NURSE (HOME CARE)
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience is required.
- Must hold a valid professional nursing license.
- Previous home-care experience is an advantage.
- Applicants without home-care experience may be considered if willing to work in a home-care setting.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and professional approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different home-care environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care in a home-care setting.
- Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs and changes in their condition.
- Develop and follow individualized nursing care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established nursing procedures.
- Perform routine nursing procedures and provide appropriate patient care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care when required.
- Monitor patients’ symptoms, progress, and response to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, medications, observations, and nursing interventions.
- Communicate significant changes in a patient’s condition to the appropriate physician or healthcare professional.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, caregivers, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and family members regarding medication, treatment plans, hygiene, nutrition, and basic home-care practices.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity at all times.
- Follow infection prevention, health, safety, and professional nursing standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies within the scope of professional practice.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by management or the healthcare team.
Terms and Conditions:
- 2-year contract.
- 56 working hours per week.
- Overtime pay in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
- Paid leave as per UAE Labour Law.
- Free transportation to the work site.
- Free roundtrip airfare (Philippines–UAE).
- DataFlow fee to be shouldered by the employer.
- DOH Exam fee for the first take to be shouldered by the employer.
- Visa, UAE medical fees, Labour Card, and Emirates ID to be shouldered by the employer.
Requirements:
- Updated Resume with recent clear photo
- High School Diploma if High School Graduate
- Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
- Employment certificates (previous to present)
- Trainings attended
- Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
- Passport copy (1 year valid)
