QA/QC ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, testing, repair, and installation works.
• Skilled in diagnosing technical and quality-related issues.
• Ability to inspect and evaluate technical work and identify discrepancies or defects.
• Knowledge of maintenance and quality control procedures.
• Ability to prepare material requirements and support maintenance operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be physically fit and capable of working in a technical or industrial environment.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, supervisors, and other project personnel.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for maintenance and technical activities.
• Conduct inspections of repair, installation, maintenance, and related technical works.
• Perform or coordinate testing and verification of equipment, systems, components, and installations.
• Review work activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Identify defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Support troubleshooting and investigation of technical and quality-related issues.
• Verify that completed work meets required quality and performance standards.
• Inspect materials, components, and equipment before and during installation or maintenance activities.
• Prepare and review material requirements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, supervisors, contractors, and other project personnel regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain inspection reports, testing records, quality documentation, and other required records.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure identified quality issues are properly addressed.
• Assist in preparing reports related to inspections, testing, repairs, and quality performance.
• Support maintenance teams in ensuring proper work procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform other QA/QC and technical duties as assigned.
