PROJECT ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Studies, Art & Design, or related field
• Licensed/Registered Architect (mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software (Revit/BIM is an advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years required experience (5–10 years hands-on experience preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, building services, and property management
• Experience working with reputable architectural firms is an advantage
• Good understanding of engineering applications in construction
• Strong computer and technical skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction and project completion
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Supervise construction activities, installation of materials, and on-site operations
• Handle contract administration and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Implement company policies, house rules, and maintenance procedures
• Ensure efficient and effective operation of the project department
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines
