GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Art & Design or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Photography experience required.
• High familiarity with typography, modern layout design, and creative visual concepts.
• Flexible, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and completed projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Take projects from initial concept through to completion, creating layouts and artwork for the company’s instructional, promotional, development, and recruitment materials.
• Develop design briefs based on client or superior requests, including logo concepts, photo editing/retouching, packaging design, product mockups, signage, flyers, posters, brochures, catalogs, books, invoices, forms, business cards, and other design materials.
• Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and high-quality visual presentations.
• Conduct product, model, and company event photo shoots; organize, collate, and edit photos for presentation and archiving.
• Maintain and safeguard all company photos, videos, and design assets for future reference.
• Work with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD), and stay up to date with emerging design technologies.
• Proofread content to ensure accuracy and high-quality output.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to achieve desired outcomes.
