PRODUCTION STAFF

Qualifications:

• Male, 25 to 30 years old.
• Proven experience in full sublimation printing.
• Skilled in fabric handling, cutting, sewing, and heat press operations.
• Knowledge of silk screen printing techniques.
• Capable of handling multiple advertising production tasks.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and hardworking.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full sublimation printing processes, including transferring printouts onto fabric using heat press machines.
• Cut patterns accurately on printed sublimation fabric.
• Sew full-print sublimation fabric using a sewing machine.
• Operate heat press machines for T-shirts and other promotional items.
• Handle additional advertising production tasks, such as banner installation, picture frame fabrication, mugs, and lanyards.
• Execute silk screen printing, including frame preparation and screen design prior to printing.
• Maintain production equipment and ensure high-quality output.
