Madar Steel Industries LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in its steel production facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will operate and monitor production machinery, maintain product quality, follow safety procedures, and help ensure production targets are achieved efficiently. Applicants with relevant experience in the steel or manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or the steel industry.
  • Knowledge of operating production machines and industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production procedures.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor product quality.
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive production tasks.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working effectively in a team.
  • Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
  • Willing to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Willing to render overtime when needed.
  • Previous experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial production is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and supervisor instructions.
  • Set up or assist in setting up production equipment as required.
  • Monitor machine performance and production output throughout the shift.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet required quality standards.
  • Identify machine problems, production abnormalities, or quality issues and report them promptly.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and operational checks when necessary.
  • Assist with routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Properly handle raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
  • Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Minimize material waste and support efficient use of production resources.
  • Coordinate with other production workers, machine operators, and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Complete production records and reports when required.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
