Pluseeds JSC Tochigi is looking for qualified applicants for the Plastic Molding position under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). Successful candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic molding machines while ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards.
PLASTIC MOLDING(TITP)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in plastic molding or a related manufacturing field
- At least a High School Graduate
- Must possess a valid passport (not expired)
- Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow work instructions
- Willing to learn and adapt to Japanese workplace practices and standards
Responsibilities:
- Set up, start, operate, and shut down plastic molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Install molds and adjust machine settings, including temperature, pressure, cycle time, and material flow
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Inspect molded products for defects such as warping, cracks, incomplete fills, and other quality issues
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work areas
- Follow workplace safety procedures and quality control standards at all times
- Report machine issues and production concerns to supervisors promptly
