Pipe Fitter

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Pipe Fitter in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in oil & gas, refineries, energy, or heavy industrial projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, isometrics, and piping layouts.
• Skilled in pipe installation, alignment, and fitting techniques.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), employment records, or project documentation.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, fabricate, and maintain piping systems according to engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), isometric drawings, and layout plans.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and align pipes using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Fit and assemble pipes, valves, fittings, and related components for industrial and construction projects.
• Perform pressure testing and inspection of piping systems to ensure leak-free and safe operation.
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in piping materials and installations.
• Coordinate with welders, engineers, and other construction personnel to complete installation works efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company standards at all times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas in compliance with site regulations.
