PIPE FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in pipe fabrication
  • No minimum educational attainment required
  • Physically fit and able to handle demanding fabrication tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret isometric drawings, piping layouts, and technical specifications to plan fabrication tasks
  • Measure, cut, bend, and bevel pipes using torches, saws, and specialized equipment
  • Align, fit-up, and secure pipe components, valves, and hangers for welding, ensuring strict dimensional accuracy
  • Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) or other pipe joining techniques to assemble structural piping systems
  • Conduct visual inspections, verify material identification, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety codes
  • Maintain fabrication tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects
