PEDIATRIC NURSE

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant nursing experience
  • Must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
  • Ability to provide high-quality care for complex pediatric cases
  • Strong mentoring, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of clinical protocols and patient safety standards

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level nursing care in the assigned pediatric unit, ensuring quality and safety for patients
  • Support operational processes, including maintaining high standards of patient care and assisting in resolving complex clinical issues
  • Mentor and guide junior nurses to foster professional growth and competency
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving nursing practices within the pediatric unit
  • Participate in the development and implementation of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Assist in managing workflow, ensuring proper resource utilization and adherence to clinical protocols
  • Support nurse empowerment through adherence to the JHAH Nursing Professional Practice Model
