Stiller Agency For The Supply of Workers WLL is hiring experienced Pastry Makers / Bakers for deployment in Bahrain. The company is looking for skilled and creative bakery professionals who can prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and baked goods while maintaining excellent presentation and hygiene standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong baking experience, creativity in pastry decoration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

PASTRY MAKER / BAKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Pastry Maker or Baker.
• Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation, Baking, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Knowledge of cake decorating tools and baking equipment is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Creative, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong focus and positive working attitude.
• Physically fit and able to work in kitchen conditions.
• Must have a passport valid for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and baked goods according to standard recipes and customer requirements.
• Use baking tools and equipment properly for mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing products.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, toppings, fillings, and creative designs.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all bakery products.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately based on recipes and production requirements.
• Assist in developing new pastry and bakery items as required.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of baking area, tools, and kitchen equipment.
• Store ingredients properly and ensure freshness and quality of supplies.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
