Our partner in the Netherlands is seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater (Heavy Commercial Vehicle) to perform advanced body repair and restoration work on commercial vehicles. This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard European work environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality finishes.

PANEL BEATER (Heavy Commercial Vehicle)

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater, preferably with heavy commercial vehicles.
Expertise in shrinking, stretching, and planishing techniques.
Proficient in MIG/TIG welding and plasma cutting.
Skilled in using hydraulic equipment for chassis straightening.
Strong knowledge of body fillers, sanding, and finishing techniques for a “mirror-smooth” finish.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Repair and restore damaged heavy commercial vehicle body panels and structures.
Perform shrinking, stretching, and planishing techniques to restore original contours.
Conduct MIG/TIG welding and plasma cutting for body and structural repairs.
Operate hydraulic equipment for chassis straightening and alignment.
Apply body fillers, sanding, and finishing techniques to achieve a smooth, high-quality surface finish.
Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements accurately.
Ensure all repair work meets quality, safety, and manufacturer standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
