Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant nursing experience
• Must hold a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of cardiac outpatient nursing care, protocols, and operational workflows
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous professional development

Responsibilities:

• Lead nursing processes in the outpatient cardiac unit to ensure the highest standards of patient care
• Optimize operational workflows and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving nursing practices
• Participate in the development and implementation of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency
• Mentor junior nursing staff and support their professional growth within the unit
• Promote staff engagement and empower nurses through adherence to the JHAH Nursing Professional Practice Model
• Monitor patient outcomes and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
