Thomas Mining SARL is seeking an Office Cleaning Staff member to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in executive offices and designated company areas. The role ensures a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained working environment for staff and visitors.

OFFICE CLEANING STAFF

Qualifications:

• Male, 25–35 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping, service crew, domestic work, or cleaning roles is required or preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
• Physically fit and able to perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Congo and comply with company hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assigned to clean executive suites and office areas.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, hallways, meeting rooms, and common office spaces.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure trash bins are regularly emptied.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas at all times.
• Follow cleaning schedules and company hygiene standards.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional housekeeping or support tasks as assigned.
