Thomas Mining SARL is seeking an Office Cleaning Staff member to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in executive offices and designated company areas. The role ensures a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained working environment for staff and visitors.

OFFICE CLEANING STAFF

Qualifications:

  • Male, 25–35 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in housekeeping, service crew, domestic work, or cleaning roles is required or preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Physically fit and able to perform routine cleaning tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation practices is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Congo and comply with company hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to clean executive suites and office areas.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean restrooms, hallways, meeting rooms, and common office spaces.
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure trash bins are regularly emptied.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas at all times.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and company hygiene standards.
  • Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Perform additional housekeeping or support tasks as assigned.

Thomas Mining SARL is a Chinese-backed mining and mineral processing company located in the Lualaba Province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Operating out of Mutshatsha, the firm specializes in the production, inventory, and international export of raw copper and cobalt.The company processes and ships thousands of tonnes of copper and cobalt products annually, with top export destinations including China, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and Singapore. In terms of daily operations, the firm manages raw mineral weighing, chemical inventory, and logistical supply chains from its base along Avenue Chemin Public in Kolwezi.
