We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Nursing Manager to oversee inpatient services in Al-Hasa. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical and managerial experience in critical care and medical-surgical units, with a strong background in leading healthcare teams and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Nursing Manager ( Inpatient Al-Hasa )

Qualifications:

• Open to both female and male applicants
• Extensive clinical experience in adult critical care units (ICU and CCU)
• Clinical experience in adult medical-surgical inpatient units
• Minimum of the last five (5) years in a managerial role within a medium-sized hospital accredited by JCI and CBAHI
• Proven experience managing:
  • Critical care units with at least 10-bed capacity
  • Medical-surgical units with at least 20-bed capacity
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of inpatient and critical care units
• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, policies, and accreditation requirements
• Develop and implement clinical and operational improvements
• Monitor patient outcomes and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery
• Ensure continuous staff development and training
