Al Ghad Medical Care Co. is seeking an experienced Nursing Clinical Instructor to guide, mentor, and train nursing students in clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have strong nursing expertise, teaching skills, and the ability to provide hands-on supervision in hospital or clinical environments.

NURSING CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Proven experience in clinical nursing and teaching or mentorship.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, standards, and patient care practices.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a clinical environment and supervise students effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and supervise nursing students during clinical rotations.
  • Demonstrate proper nursing techniques, procedures, and patient care standards.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures.
  • Collaborate with academic staff and healthcare teams to enhance clinical education programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments.
  • Support the development of students’ clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and professional behavior.
