Nursing Care (Careworker)

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in caregiving, nursing care, or a related field.
• High school graduate or higher.
• Must have passed JFT A2 and JLPT N4 or higher.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality elderly care.
• Physically fit and willing to work in Japan.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and assistance to elderly individuals, including those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
• Assist in orienting and supporting residents with cognitive impairments.
• Provide mobility assistance, including helping clients get in and out of wheelchairs, vehicles, and showers.
• Monitor residents’ health conditions and promptly report any changes to supervisors.
• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support residents with daily living activities while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Follow care plans, workplace policies, and Japanese healthcare standards.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Perform other caregiving duties as assigned by the employer.
