Shams Alkhuzama For Medical Care is seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Researcher to manage and support clinical and operational research activities. The role involves supervising research staff, ensuring compliance with procedures, and supporting healthcare facility operations through structured research and documentation.

NURSE RESEARCHER / NURSE RESEARCH

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed nurse (male or female).
• Minimum of 2 years of research experience in healthcare or related field.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and healthcare operations.
• Good leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work in a structured healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage research coordinators and assistants.
• Plan, coordinate, and support nursing and healthcare-related research activities.
• Provide support for corporate facilities, equipment, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of research findings.
• Support day-to-day operational and space management needs within the facility.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and institutional guidelines.
