NURSE
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Must hold a valid Professional License (PRC Registered Nurse).
- PRC License is required.
- HAAD (DOH Abu Dhabi) passer with DataFlow verification is preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge in patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and nursing care.
- Experience in home healthcare, hospital, clinic, or community healthcare settings is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety protocols, and healthcare documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and healthcare protocols.
- Conduct physical assessments, interview patients, and obtain detailed medical histories.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
- Administer prescribed medications, intravenous (IV) therapy, injections, and other treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Assist physicians in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and operate medical equipment safely and accurately.
- Monitor patients’ progress and promptly report any changes in condition to the attending physician.
- Educate patients and their families on medications, disease management, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and clinical reports.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare quality standards.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the healthcare facility.
