Cleaner / Janitor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience as a Cleaner, Janitor, Housekeeper, or similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Hardworking, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to work under pressure and complete assigned duties within required timelines.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting cleaning equipment, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated facility areas, including offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and waste disposal.
• Clean ceiling vents, windows, mirrors, walls, doors, furniture, and other surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper products, and other facility necessities.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Carry out heavy cleaning duties, including deep cleaning, floor scrubbing, and special cleaning projects when required.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals while following safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company hygiene standards, workplace health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas for cleaning materials and equipment.
• Perform additional housekeeping and sanitation duties assigned by supervisors.
