NATIONAL ASSET INTEGRITY & SAFETY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Asset Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, engineering reliability, operational safety, or industrial risk management
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of asset integrity management systems, risk management, and safety compliance
• Proven ability to lead and promote a strong safety culture across an organization
• Experience in industrial, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national asset integrity and safety management strategies
• Lead asset reliability, maintenance governance, risk assessment, and operational safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Establish and maintain asset integrity programs to maximize operational reliability and safety
• Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, environment, and operational performance
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs
• Monitor asset performance and identify opportunities for risk reduction and optimization
• Manage safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
• Develop safety awareness programs and strengthen organizational safety culture
• Prepare reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management
