Communicare Healthcare is seeking a skilled Medical Scientist to join their laboratory team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Lab Technician and a strong background in laboratory testing and analysis. CORU registration is optional.

MEDICAL SCIENTIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience as a Lab Technician (LabTech) preferred.
• CORU registration is optional (with or without).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to follow protocols and maintain high laboratory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis according to established protocols and standards.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare and process samples accurately for diagnostic or research purposes.
• Record, analyze, and report laboratory findings accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to support patient care.
