General Pediatric Nurse

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, including NICU/PICU exposure.
• At least 3 years of hospital experience in pediatric care.
• Proficiency in English (IELTS or OET).
• NMBI registration (completed or in process).
• Strong assessment, reporting, and care planning skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Provide risk management and care for pediatric patients in community settings.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Monitor and manage pediatric pressure areas, ensuring timely interventions.
• Develop, update, and implement individualized pediatric care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare teams.
• Report and document clinical findings and incidents in compliance with organizational policies.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and professional care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
