MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are generally preferred
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Physically capable of handling machinery and working in industrial environments
• Team-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment used in scaffolding, formwork, and manufacturing operations
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment failures efficiently
• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of machinery
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any critical issues to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures
