MECHANICAL FITTER (Crusher experience)

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter with a specialized focus on maintenance and assembly of a plant equipment. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance and repairs of mechanical machineries and equipment ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Fitter or General Fitter
• Rubber/Plastic Manufacturing/Recycling Plant experience highly desirable
• Can install, maintain, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Can perform welding and fabrication tasks to create or repair metal structures and components
• Must have a Philippine Driver’s License or can at least drive a 4-wheel vehicle

Job Responsibilities:

Common tasks that you may have to perform include:

• Install and align machinery and mechanical systems according to specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in machinery.
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings and blueprints for accurate assembly.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to create or repair metal structures and components.
• Operate machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate components with precision.
• Install, maintain, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems in machinery and systems.
• Align and calibrate mechanical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all tasks to maintain a secure working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineering teams to achieve project goals.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working condition through regular maintenance.
• Assist in upgrading or retrofitting existing mechanical systems for improved performance.
• Respond to emergency repair calls and resolve issues promptly
