Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in masonry, construction, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience in building, altering, and repairing structures using brick, concrete block, stone, and tile.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction layouts.
• Skilled in mixing mortar, laying materials accurately, and finishing surfaces professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to calculate material requirements and prepare work areas efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of performing construction-related tasks in various environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Build, alter, and repair structures using brick, concrete block, stone, tile, and other masonry materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
• Calculate material requirements and prepare layouts for masonry work.
• Mix mortar, cement, and other construction materials according to project requirements.
• Lay and align masonry materials accurately to ensure structural integrity and proper appearance.
• Perform surface finishing, smoothing, and repair work to maintain high-quality standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company operational standards at all times.
