MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Engineering (or related field)
  • Must have a TESDA Certification or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in general facility maintenance is required
  • Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace standards
  • Strong problem-solving and hands-on repair skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records properly.
  • Identify potential maintenance issues and report them to supervisors.
  • Support facility operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in installation or modification of equipment when needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
