MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male or female candidates considered.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or commercial sector.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel policies.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Assist in preparing maintenance reports, work orders, and daily logs.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Train and guide maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols.
