MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male or female candidates considered.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and assign tasks based on skill and priority.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests to minimize guest inconvenience.
• Inspect hotel facilities regularly and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for specialized repairs or services.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting efficiency and best practices.
