NMDC Group is seeking experienced Machinists to perform workshop and offshore machining activities in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machining equipment, producing precision components, and performing accurate alignment and repair work on mechanical equipment such as motors, engines, and pumps.

MACHINIST

Qualifications:

• Relevant Vocational Qualification in Machining, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Machinist.
• Experienced in:
  • Turning operations
  • Milling operations
  • Drilling operations
  • Lathe machine operations
  • Precision alignment of motors, engines, and pumps
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of machining tools, equipment, and measurement instruments.
• Good problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in workshop and offshore environments.
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, and lathe operations.
• Operate and maintain workshop machining equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manufacture, repair, and modify mechanical components according to specifications.
• Perform precision measurements and ensure accuracy of finished parts.
• Conduct precision alignment of motors, engines, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Carry out machining activities both in workshop and offshore environments.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and proper condition.
• Follow company safety procedures and offshore work standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
