Machine Operator (Lathe Operator)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, 25 to 40 years old
- Vocational training in a related field is an advantage
- Proven work experience as a lathe operator or in a similar machining role
- Experience in single-item or small-batch production (highly preferred)
- Practical knowledge of the Fanuc control system
- Skilled in machine setup, tooling, offsets, and adjustment of technological parameters
- Experience in basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in quality control processes and documentation
- Excellent health condition
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work
- Ability to work independently based on technical drawings
Responsibilities:
- Operate lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Set up machines, select tools, and adjust machining parameters
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain accurate production and quality control records
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area
- Work independently while meeting production targets
