Logistics Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• 25–35 years old.
• Minimum height of 165 cm.
• High school or vocational graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and automotive assembly.
• Experience operating semi-automatic production lines.
• Able to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Knowledgeable in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience performing visual inspections.
• Basic inventory management skills.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Willing to learn the Czech language.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and standing work.
• No color blindness.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily logistics and automotive assembly operations.
• Operate semi-automatic production lines according to established procedures.
• Read and follow technical manuals, work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Handle and use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
• Perform visual inspections of automotive components and finished products.
• Identify defects, damage, or abnormalities and report them to supervisors.
• Assist with receiving, handling, storing, and moving materials and components.
• Maintain basic inventory records and assist with stock monitoring.
• Ensure materials and components are properly labeled, organized, and stored.
• Follow production schedules and workplace procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas.
• Follow company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics personnel.
• Report equipment, material, or production issues promptly.
• Participate in required training and follow supervisor instructions.
• Perform other logistics and production-related duties assigned by management.
