Grapecare Limited is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Locksmith / Assemblers to join its manufacturing team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling machine and equipment components according to technical drawings and work instructions while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with production standards.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in production assembly or a similar manufacturing role is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production assembly.
- Experienced in using screws, rivets, putty, and other assembly connection methods.
- Knowledgeable in the safe operation of power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble machine and equipment components using screws, rivets, putty, and other fastening methods in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions.
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation and proper fitment of components.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments to perform assembly, alignment, adjustment, and inspection of parts.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects and ensure finished assemblies meet company quality standards.
- Verify dimensions and component alignment using measuring instruments to maintain assembly accuracy.
- Report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to achieve daily production targets and maintain product quality.
