Lineman

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in heavy construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, refineries, energy, or utilities sectors is a strong advantage.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), employment certificates, or project records.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in demanding outdoor conditions.
• Strong knowledge of electrical line work, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair overhead and/or underground electrical power lines and related utility systems.
• Assist in construction, upgrading, and maintenance of electrical distribution networks in industrial, infrastructure, or project sites.
• Climb poles, towers, or work from elevated platforms to install or repair electrical conductors and equipment.
• Inspect power lines, transformers, insulators, and related components to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical line faults and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures during all operations.
• Use specialized tools, climbing gear, and safety equipment properly at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Respond to emergency line repairs and restoration work when required.
