Eathai Restaurant Co. WLL is seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor specializing in authentic Thai cuisine. The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure that high-quality dishes are consistently prepared in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
KITCHEN SUPERVISOR (THAI CUISINE)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor specializing in Thai cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Thai cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu development.
- Experience managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining food quality standards.
- Ability to control food costs, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen performance.
- Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow in all Thai cuisine preparation areas.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and kitchen performance.
- Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and skill development.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, develop new dishes, and improve kitchen processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain a productive and positive kitchen environment.
