Raumai 18 Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to oversee inventory management activities, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient flow of materials and supplies. The successful candidate will monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock movements, and utilize inventory management software to support business operations.
INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only.
- Age requirement: 40–45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience using inventory management software.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Track stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is available to support operational requirements.
- Receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and prepare adjustment reports when necessary.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure efficient stock movement.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on stock levels, shortages, and slow-moving items.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements.
- Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management standards.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
