ICT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience in network troubleshooting, computer hardware and software support, and IT systems administration.
• Familiarity with user account management, system configuration, software installation, and IT security practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assist employees with technical concerns.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other IT personnel.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees experiencing computer, software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, operating systems, and other IT equipment.
• Administer and maintain Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and device configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, internet access, local area networks (LAN), and other IT infrastructure.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, security patches, and equipment inspections.
• Assist in implementing IT security policies, data protection measures, and system access controls.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and management of company computers and mobile devices.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues before they affect business operations.
• Maintain IT inventory records, technical documentation, service logs, and troubleshooting reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other IT personnel to resolve technical problems and maintain reliable IT services.
• Provide technical guidance and basic IT training to employees on company systems, software, and security practices.
• Ensure that IT equipment, systems, and infrastructure remain operational, secure, and properly maintained.
• Perform other IT support and infrastructure-related duties as assigned.
