I.T Procurement Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in IT procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Proven knowledge of IT products, software licensing, and technology services.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, systems, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for cost-effective, high-quality IT solutions.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  Negotiate pricing, service agreements, warranties, and delivery terms.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Resolve supplier issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
