Amaseena Cool is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial and large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.

HVAC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Vocational diploma or certification in HVAC or a related field.
• Age requirement: 22–37 years old.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant GCC/KSA experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Previous KSA/GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and servicing:
  • Chillers
  • Rooftop package air conditioning units
  • VRV/VRF systems
  • Cassette air conditioners
  • Free-standing air conditioners
  • Split-type air conditioners
  • Window-type air conditioners
  • Ducted split air conditioning systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding construction environments.
• Must be ready to travel immediately based on client requirements.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and comply with company policies and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in chillers, rooftop package units, VRV/VRF systems, cassette air conditioners, free-standing units, split-type, window-type, and ducted split air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable system performance.
• Install and commission HVAC equipment according to technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
• Test HVAC systems after installation or repair to verify proper operation and efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Identify faulty components and perform repairs or replacements as required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete assigned work on schedule.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
