HVAC TECHNICIAN (Industrial & Construction)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience in commercial or industrial settings
• Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical drawings
• Hands-on experience with leak testing, system evacuation, and refrigerant charging
• Skilled in installing VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, split systems, and ventilation/ducting
• Knowledge of basic HVAC controls
• Ability to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance using standard HVAC tools
• Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, split systems, and ventilation/ducting with supports and trays
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings accurately
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems
• Conduct leak testing, system evacuation, and refrigerant charging
• Use HVAC tools and instruments including gauges, vacuum/recovery units, and multimeters
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during installations and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
