HSE Officer

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and Saudi Arabian safety regulations is an advantage.
• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs at the project site.
• Conduct routine site inspections, safety patrols, and hazard identification.
• Monitor compliance with safety rules, work permits, and proper use of PPE.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs.
• Report unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and reporting.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and workers to promote a strong safety culture.
