HOUSE / BUILDING PAINTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on as a House Painter
• Prepare wall and other surfaces before painting
• With experience in brush and rollers
• No height phobia and know how to use height life saving equipment’s (e.g fall arrestor)
• Can apply paints, varnish, and sealants
• Can apply putty and plater repair cracks
• Can operate both airless and conventional spray gun
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle
