Anker Grupa d.o.o. is seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Electrician to support the maintenance and reliable operation of electrical systems, equipment, guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities in Croatia. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, electrical repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, and related technical work while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and hotel operating requirements.

HOTEL ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male, 23–45 years old.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
• Skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, lighting, generators, motors, HVAC controls, and related equipment.
• Experienced in preventive maintenance, electrical repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems, wiring, circuits, controls, and electrical testing procedures.
• Able to use electrical hand tools, testing instruments, and maintenance equipment safely and correctly.
• Able to respond efficiently to electrical faults and maintenance requests.
• Able to help ensure the smooth and continuous operation of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Knowledgeable in electrical safety standards, workplace safety procedures, and safe work practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance tasks in different areas of a hotel.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting throughout the hotel.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuits, switches, outlets, and distribution equipment.
• Inspect and maintain hotel lighting systems, fixtures, controls, and related electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify the causes of equipment or system failures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical motors, generators, pumps, and other electrically powered equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and hotel equipment according to established schedules.
• Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC electrical controls and related systems.
• Respond promptly to electrical maintenance requests and reported equipment problems.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, kitchens, service areas, and other hotel facilities for electrical issues.
• Carry out necessary repairs to help ensure the continuous operation of guest rooms and hotel facilities.
• Test electrical equipment and circuits using appropriate testing and measuring instruments.
• Replace defective electrical components, lamps, switches, sockets, cables, and other parts as required.
• Assist with electrical installation, modification, and improvement projects within the hotel.
• Maintain emergency power systems, generators, and associated electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with hotel maintenance personnel and other departments when resolving facility-related electrical problems.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and replacement parts when required.
• Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment when performing maintenance work.
• Ensure electrical work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety standards, hotel policies, and workplace procedures.
• Report major electrical faults, unsafe conditions, equipment damage, or repair requirements to the supervisor.
• Support other hotel maintenance activities when required.
• Perform other electrical and facility-maintenance duties assigned by management.
