Eathai Restaurant Co. WLL is seeking an experienced and skilled Hot Kitchen Chef specializing in authentic Thai cuisine. The ideal candidate will lead the preparation of hot dishes, maintain high-quality standards, and support the efficient operation of a high-volume kitchen.

HOT KITCHEN CHEF (THAI CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Chef, or Hot Kitchen Chef specializing in Thai cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu development.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, staff supervision, and food quality standards.
• Ability to control food costs, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen performance.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook hot Thai dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all hot kitchen dishes.
• Supervise kitchen staff in the hot kitchen section and provide training as needed.
• Assist in managing kitchen operations, maintaining food hygiene, and enforcing safety standards.
• Control food costs, monitor inventory, and ensure efficient kitchen performance.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to contribute to menu development and innovation.
• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
