Gastronomica General Trading Company is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Hostess candidates to join its hospitality team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

HOSTESS

Qualifications:

  • Male and female applicants are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service roles.
  • Experience working abroad is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to handle guests courteously and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with restaurant and service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
  • Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure guests receive a positive and professional dining experience.
  • Follow company hospitality standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
