We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Host / Hostess / Waitress to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and providing excellent dining service in a fine dining restaurant environment.

Host / Hostess / Waitress

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality service role
  • Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage reservations, guest seating, and table arrangements efficiently
  • Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings
  • Take and relay customer orders accurately to the service and kitchen teams
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and high-quality service
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and reception area
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in maintaining restaurant service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Support overall front-of-house operations as needed

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
