We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Host / Hostess / Waitress to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and providing excellent dining service in a fine dining restaurant environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality service role
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner
- Manage reservations, guest seating, and table arrangements efficiently
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings
- Take and relay customer orders accurately to the service and kitchen teams
- Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and high-quality service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and reception area
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in maintaining restaurant service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support overall front-of-house operations as needed

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
