Our client CAS Recruitment UK Limited is looking for:

HGV (HEAVY GOODS VEHICLE) MECHANIC

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years working experience in the field
  • Must have a Vocational Course Diploma or related Training Certificates
  • Competent in the fault diagnosis and repair on braking system, suspension, gearboxes, engines, etc.
  • Competent in the disassembly and reassembling of engines, motors. Tests, adjusts and tunes the appropriate parts.
  • Competent in the repair and maintenance of European Brand Trucks (i.e. Volvo, Daimler, DAF, Volkswagen, Renault, Scania, Man).
  • Competent in parts replacement, electrical repair of electronic circuitry and components
  • Visually checks, test drives or uses test equipment for proper diagnosis.
  • Proficient in the repair and service of vehicle air-conditioning systems
  • Competent in testing vehicles to ensure road worthiness
  • Must have UKVI IELTS* with a 4.0 score per category
  • With excellent English communication skills
  • With newly renewed passport

Responsibilities:

  • Performing inspections and repairs of heavy-duty vehicles
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Adjusting and replacing mechanical and electronic components
  • Determining causes of breakdowns and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary starts at Php 242,000.00 gross monthly
  • Forty (40) Hours per week.
  • Three (3) years contract, renewable
