EXCAVATING WORKS (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male, 25–30 years old.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Preferably with experience in excavation, construction, earthwork, civil works, or related activities.
• Must be physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing physically demanding outdoor work.
• Able to work in various weather and construction site conditions.
• Physically capable of digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials.
• Willing to work around heavy equipment and machinery while following safety requirements.
• Able to follow instructions and construction safety procedures accurately.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Must be willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training.
• Japanese language training will be provided free of charge.
• Willing to learn Japanese language, culture, and workplace practices.
• Able to adapt to a structured Japanese construction work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with excavation and earthwork activities at construction sites.
• Perform manual digging and soil removal using appropriate hand tools.
• Assist in preparing and leveling areas for foundations, roads, drainage systems, and other construction works.
• Help remove, move, and properly dispose of excavated soil, rocks, debris, and other materials.
• Assist operators of excavators and other heavy equipment when required and under proper supervision.
• Guide and assist with the positioning and movement of construction equipment and materials when instructed.
• Measure, mark, and prepare excavation areas according to site instructions and project requirements.
• Assist in digging trenches, pits, drainage channels, and other required excavations.
• Help maintain proper excavation site conditions and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Identify and report unsafe ground conditions, obstructions, damaged tools, or other hazards to supervisors.
• Properly handle and maintain assigned tools and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and other construction personnel.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow construction site safety procedures.
• Exercise caution around heavy machinery, excavation areas, underground utilities, and moving equipment.
• Cooperate with other workers to complete excavation and construction activities safely and efficiently.
• Follow company rules, Japanese construction standards, and workplace practices.
• Perform other excavation and construction-related duties as assigned.
